zucchini pasta sauce = tomato, red pepper, lemon juice, fresh basil. if youre having overts, add some avocado. tastes like cheesy marinara :P

Juice an orange and blend with some sesame seeds or pecans.
Just blend a bunch of fruit with tomatoes and maybe some herbs.
Ex: 1 mango, 6 dates, 2 tomatoes, red pepper, some oregano
Avocado and orange are also good additions I've tried.

If you really want to start enjoying your salad then I would recommend not having toppings like salad dressing. After a while your bodies taste buds will become more sensitive to vegetables because they are not being overwhelmed by flavours so the food will taste a lot better. Your body will also be able to tell you much more easily and accurately what it wants.
I've tried plain salads for two years, never grew to like them, finally went back to salad dressing.....
thanks simple blue.... my problem though is it's too dry to choak down. The taste I love... just can't swallow it if it's not wet. :-(
