I did the exact opposite.
i look forward to burning the energy most of all. I don't take anymore stimulants before a workout, which left me completely exhausted. I have to focus more on my rest because i want to run, walk or go to the gym every free second i have! Emotional stability is another thing i have the energy to tackle head on instead of eating my emotions into submission. Over-all a willingness to thrive on life, a feeling i haven't been in touch with for a very long time. I love IT!!!
Bought a cross country bicycle and riding it in the 100F+ weather in Texas as often as I can. I can tolerate the heat much better for some reason.
First time in my life that I finally realized how much important Sleep, Water, and Carbs are life fundamentals. I was dead on my feet and now I am starting to live again in the NOW!!! I have no cravings for junk and I have now much more energy to move and think clearly.
Our body movements are really a gift as DR said in one of his video and I am enjoying moving more and more.
