Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. DAY 1:

Bfast: 10 banana smoothie
Lunch: 1 head of iceberg lettuce with 20 dates
Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)

Exercise: 10km easy jog

Water: 3litres

Sleep: 9 hrs. 

Feelings: Optional

First day raw challenge. 

DAY 1: spread through the day

2 peaches

apples

1 banana

400g dates

2 tomatoes


Exercise: 90 mins of  Bikram yoga 


Water: 2.5 litres

Sleep: 7 hrs. 

Feelings:  Went to the shop and passed by all the tempted process food. Yeah!

 

Day 29 : 23th of july
Bfast : 2 Melons
Lunch : 15 oranges
Dinner : 7 bananas + 100g dried figs
total calories (cronometer) : 2418

Water : 3L

Exercice : 20min jogging

Sleep : 7h

Hi everybody

Unfortunately my computer nearly crashed and it took me all that time to mend it, understand what was wrong with it as i was also doing our accounts at that time. I am glad to say that i am still on raw and very happy. I think my stomach is getting a bit smaller, which is nice as i tend to be a bit boulimic. I can't finish my salad these days, I start feeling full half way through it, perhaps i am becoming more and more fruitarian mainly ?

Anyway today i ate :

Peaches in the morning + a few loganberries and blueberries from the garden.

Apples, pear and romaine blended half speed smoothie

Bananas, grapes and blackcurrants (from the garden) fruit salad

Tea : Vegetable salad with heart of romaine, tomatoes, brown mushrooms, courgettes, cucumber and tomatoes

Dinner : romaine and carrot smoothie.

Sleep : enough

I have been eating roughly something like that every day apart from saturday when i was doing a stall selling vegan food and giving away leaflets relating to the subject of veganism and the suffering of animals and the delapidation of the planet due to people's diet, I was a bit tempted by the chocolate cake and cookies and pizza but not that much, it is such a pleasure to be raw, it has stopped being such a sacrifice. I also cook a vegan meal for somebody every day and that does not tempt me either.

Also, after months of seriously rotten weather, the sky has finally cleared up and it is brilliant sunshine, what a pleasure!

I will be delighted to carry on for the August challenge. Love to all

Day 29

Breakfast: banana smoothie, 900 cal

Lunch: banana smoothie, 900 cal

Dinner: banana smoothie, 900 cal

Total calories: 2,700

Water: 3 liters

Exercise: nothing

Sleep:8 hours

Day 29 - July 23 - Monday


B- 2 Dates blended with some peaches, 1 c. Strawberries and 1 C. Raspberries and poured over - 2 Gold Kiwi,
  2 C. Mango, 3 C. Peaches & 4 figs

L - Green smoothie - 2 dates, 3 peaches, 2 nectarines, 2 large mangoes and half a bunch of kale

S - half a large watermelon, 1 C. Cantaloupe

1.5 cups of coconut water after workout

Calories  about 2100 - 88/7/5

Exercise - 3.5 mile run
Water 3 quarts
Sleep - 7 1/2 hrs
Feelings - feeling real good.  Agree with Freelee - salt was very hard to not do. But I am glad that I had this group - it kept me away from it.  Mighty tempted a few times.  But didn't go there. 

Day 29:

Tomorrow I'm starting a 31-day overt fat free challenge to go with the next 30 day challenge. I'm psyched to see how it affects me.

Breakfast: Tropical Smoothie (440 cal)

Lunch: Strawberry-Banana Smoothie (629 cal)

Dinner: Salad of mixed greens w/ tomatoes and pico de gallo and avocado-lemon dressing (my last of overt fats for awhile), mixed fruit (390 cal?)

Snacks: Green Smoothie, 3 Bananas (705 cal)

Exercise: 1 hr. yoga, 110 mins. walking (approx.)

Water: approx. 3.5 liters

Sleep: 6 hrs.

Feelings: A little melancholy today actually, but physically I feel great and will probably feel even better without overt fats in my system.

DAY 29

Bfast: 2 bananas + 3 apples + a few cherries + 1 cantaloupe melon + 10 dates

Lunch: 5 bananas + 10 dates + 1 big cucumber + 2 large tomatoes + 1 orange tomato + 1 carrot, grated + green leaves lettuce + lemon juice

Snack: half a watermelon

Dinner: 20 dates + 2 apples + 2 oranges + blueberries + 2 orange tomatoes + 1 big cucumber + lemon juice

Calories: around 2000

Water: 2 litres

Exercice: none; but I'm missing it and so I'm going running tomorrow morning !

Sleep: 8 hours

Feelings: I was very happy during this first day of second internship ! It's so interesting ! And I felt full of energy today !

DAY 28:

Bfast: Datorade (20 dates) + 2 bananas

Lunch: Datorade + cabbage salad (not the best idea)

Dinner: 20 dates

Water: 2,5L

Exercise: 30mn jog

Sleep: 7 hours

Feeling: Two days left :) .... OR MORE!!

Day 29 (Monday July 23d)

I was so tired last night that I went to bed at 10pm and only woke up at 9am!!!

Food - 8 bananas, 1 melon, 5 oranges, 0.5 head of lettuce, 2 cups cabbage, 2 tomatoes, 1 watermelon, 4 cups grated carrots

2429 calories, 90/4/6

Exercise - 45 minutes of zumba

Sleep - 8 hours

Water - 5 litres

Feeling - exhausted but happy at the end of the day

Day 29 (!) :)

Breakfast: 7 bananas

Lunch: 5 bananas and 10 dates

Exercise: None

Dinner: Mixed greens and vegetable salad

Water: 2.5 liters

Sleep: 10 hours

I didn't sleep well the night before, so instead of going for a run when I got home from work, I decided to take a nap. What I had intended as a couple-hour nap turned into 5, effectively doubling my sleep yesterday. I'm feeling pretty good this morning. :)

Sleep: 6 hours - Had to get up early today.

Macro: | 91 carb | 6 protein | 3 fat |

Feelings:

Finally, returning to some days of eating enough. Took me a while to get used to how to eat enough calories without Bananas (nearly ripe, btw). Today felt right. I feel this is how much I'm supposed to be eating every day.

Wow, so that was Day 30, huh? Didn't seem like long at all. This challenge has probably gotten me into the habit of documenting my food intake. As well as posting, I've also been saving my posts every day in a word document. I shouldn't be surprised if I open up the word document tomorrow out of shear habit.
