Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)
Exercise: 10km easy jog
Sleep: 9 hrs.
Breakfast: 7 bananas
Lunch: 10 oranges
Exercise: 10 minute jog and 35 minute bicycle
Snack: green smoothie
Dinner: fruit salad
Water: 4 liters
Sleep: 6 hours

Day 24 (Wednesday 18th July)
Food - 12 bananas, 1/4 watermelon, 2 oranges, 1 big tomato, 0.5 head of lettuce, 3 cups grated carrots, 1 cup chopped zucchini, 1/4 cup almonds, 225g cucumber, 1 melon

Exercise - walking wearing the Little One and doing the housework
Water - 3 litres
Sleep - completely deprived...
Feeling - I'm ok in spite of the need to sleep. It's finally sunny!
Day 24 : 18th of july
Bfast : 2L Orange juices + 1 Melon
Lunch : 2 Mangoes +1 kilo of apricot
Dinner : 6 bananas + parsley/tomato salad
total calories (cronometer) : 2855
Water : 3L
Exercice : None
Sleep : 9h
Breakfast: 1 cup of Cantaloupe (60 cal)
Lunch: 2-3 cups Cantaloupe, Green Smoothie (510-600 cal)
Dinner: Banana Ice Cream w/ Banana-Apricot "syrup" (227 cal), -maybe- some salad, too (not sure offhand how many calories)
Snacks: 2 Bananas (210 cal)
Water: 3 liters
Exercise: 20 min. Pilates, 75 min. walking
Feelings: Great! Having mostly fruit & less overt fats has been serving me well. I go to get more food Friday so I hope I have enough fruit to last until then.
Oh, I forgot to put sleep, which was about 7.5 hrs.
Breakfast: banana smoothie, 900 cal
Lunch: 10 small bananas, 900 cal
Dinner: banana smoothie, 900 cal
Total calories: 2700
Water: 3 ltrs
Exercise: 1:30 hour rowing and 1 hour walk
Sleep: 8 hours
Day 24 - Wednesday July 18
B - 3 C. peaches, 1 c. Mango 4 Gold Kiwi & 1 1/2 C. Blueberries - with a sauce of 2 C. of Black Velvet Apricots blended with 2 dates poured over it.
L - Blueberry Pie Smoothie - 4 dates, 1 1/2 C. Peaches, 2 C. Mangoes, & 1 1/2 C. blueberries - YUMMY!!
D - 4 Dates blended with 4 small nectarines and poured over 2 C. Mangoes.
Calories 2350 91/5/4
Water - 3 Qts
Exercise - None - I was still tired so took a day off to rest.
Sleep 7 hrs
Feelings - really beat. I didn't sleep Monday night. Had a board mtg and was very stressed so I slept crappy. So am resting a bit today. and striving for a good night sleep tonight.
DAY 24 !
Bfast: 1 banana + 1 peach + 5 dates + walnuts + 10 cherries
Lunch: 30 cherries + 1 peach + 10 dates + 3 cups of green lettuce + 1 tomato + half a red bellpepper + 1 zucchini + cilantro (coriander) + 1 cup of grated carrots + lemon juice
Dinner: 1 avocado + 3 tomatoes + sliced onion + 1 cucumber + 1 zucchini + half a red bellpepper + walnuts + cilantro (coriander) + 1 apple + blueberries + raspberries
Calories: Around 2000
Water: 2,5 litres so far, but will drink another 0,5 before sleeping
Sleep: 9 hours ! Finaly a good night !
Feelings: Much better energy wise, and still happy !

DAY 23 (I wrote 2 "day 20"...sorry)
Bfast: Datorade with coco milk + 2bananas
Lunch: The same :)
Snack: 5 medjool dates
Dinner: Big salad
Water: 2L (+ the water in the datorade = 3,5L)
Exercise: 40mn bike
sleep: 7 hours
Feelings: I bought 3kg of deglet nour dates today and I still have some medjool sooo... I think I'm ready for a little trip to date island :) !! Who wants to come with me?
I still have 2 bananas and a mango at home so I'll finish them
