Day 19 (I think)
Breakfast : 4 apples, 1 pear, 4 dates and romaine smoothie, organic fruit blended with skin, salad non organic
Lunch : salad of 4 bananas and grapes Fairtrade bananas, does it mean they are less sprayed? Grapes are washed in 2 warm water.
Tea : Salad of cucumber and courgette slices, alfafa sprouts, 2 mushrooms, 1 celery stick, sweet potatoes, peas and tomatoes. Cucumber and celery are organic, none of the rest.
Dinner : romaine and tons of carrots smoothie with sliced bananas. Carrots are organic.
Sleep : woke up before dawn, got up and did all sorts of things indoors and outdoors and read some articles in Positive News then went back to bed and slept fine.
Today has been MUCH better than yesterday! I went to the store & bought some good food & now have sufficient calories from raw fruits & veggies around me.
Breakfast: Green Smoothie (345 cal)
Lunch: Tropical Smoothie, 2 Bananas (648 cal)
Dinner: BIG Salad (mixed greens, green onion, roma tomato, mushrooms, spinach, dill) w/ Avocado Lemon Dressing (207 cal? not sure about that-it seems like it should be more)

Feelings: Excellent. Getting enough food in from raw fruits/veg/salads,etc. makes me feel the most vibrant. I notice my mood is so much better, too. I feel more at peace. :)
Couldn't get 19 to post, so refreshed the page, found missing day 18 and here's
About 6 hours sleep
Drank about a pint of water.
Ran 7/10ths of a mile (time constraints)
Ate lots more figs. The case is almost finished!
Bananas aren't ripe yet, either case.
Ate figs till late afternoon, then made giant Salad: Spinach, the last of Robbies mixed lettuces, basil, green cabbage, Robbie's cucumber, tomatoes, fresh ripe papaya, avocado
Late afternnoon walk with my Neighbour.
Ran the other 3/10ths this evening with our large puppy, who actually was a great running partner when he got not to keep weaving back in forth in front of me! He's very large and very gawky!,
Nice long meditation with our Neighbour.
And eating a mamey sapote as I write this!
Now day 18 disappeared! Ad I could have done without any mamey.
