30 Bananas a Day!

Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. This challenge is only for HIGH CARB raw vegans, 811-style. No superfoods or powders, salt thanks. Example is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtxFC4LHnKo

* Not only the joy of being 100% raw for 30 days but as motivation --> those who honestly stay on track for the 30 days and post here everyday (without fail) will get a free copy of my upcoming ebook!

* If you fall off the wagon please don't post about it here because it can negatively affect others on the challenge. Posts like that may be removed to help keep the high vibe. 
* You must be 100% raw and post here EVERY DAY for the next 30 days to receive the free ebook. You *must* use the same thread day after day so I can read your journal. Journals that are all over the place cannot be accepted. 

* Please set out your journal like this :

DAY 1:

Bfast: 10 banana smoothie
Lunch: 1 head of iceberg lettuce with 20 dates
Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)

Exercise: 10km easy jog

Water: 3litres

Sleep: 9 hrs.

Day 14

Breakfast: 8 bananas 4 dates smoothie (1150)

Lunch: 11 oranges (650)

Snack: 4 bananas (400)

Dinner: Veggies with guac (300)

Calories: 2500

Water: 1.5L

Exercice: walking all day (shopping)

Day 13:

Breakfast: Banana, mango, pineapple smoothie

Lunch: 7 bananas

Exercise: none

Dinner: 9 bananas

Water: 2 liters

Sleep: 7 hours

20 Roma Tomatoes, 2 large grated Carrots, 2 medium Zucchinis

5 small Bananas, 3 medium Bananas

Water: 4L+

Total Cal: 2709

Macro: 92 carb | 4 protein | 4 fat

Looking at the numbers, I'm not sure I ate enough today, but I feel ok. I never really got hungry today at all.

Another day of feeling very relaxed and laid back, but strong at the same time. I had an epic weight training session and actually hit multiple records today. The whole rest of the day I just sat on my backside.

I've finally decided what bike I want to buy, but it will be a few weeks until I can get it. That's pretty much the whole reason I've been lounging around lately. I'm so excited to get on the bike that I don't really feel like doing anything else until I get the bike.

Day 14 (time flies - Sunday 8/7)

Food - 1 cup spinach, 3 oranges, 3 bananas, 2 melons (1.2kg), 10 Medjool dates, 1 cup cauliflower, 0.5 cup raspberries, 4 apricots, 1 cucumber, 1 big apple, 25g hazelnuts, 0.5 head of lettuce, 4 tomatoes, 2 big figs

2308 calories, 85/9/6

Water - 3 litres so far but it's only 8pm. I'll have some more.

Sleep - 9 hours last night (bliss!)

Exercise - walking to and from the open market wearing my baby and carrying 5 melons in my backpack (I love melons).

Feeling - simply happy! I love this lifestyle! I can't believe I'm eating that much now when it used to be so tough to reach 2000 calories. Even if I know more calories would be optimal, I'm quite proud of myself today.

DAY 13:

Bfast: Delicious banana/date/coco smoothie

Lunch: lettuce with corn, white oignons and olives + strawberries+ another banana/date/coco smoothie (my new addiction)

Dinner: same as lunch + plums

Exercise: NONE :)

Water: 2L

Sleep: 9h

Feelings: I eat sooo much but I still feel good... What's happening to me?

DAY 14 (yes it's 9pm here in Paris)

Food: pretty much the same as yesterday.But I ate even more! Almost 30 dates and 10 bananas + coco milk, a looot of lettuce with olives and corn and some other fruits and veggies

Sleep: 6 hours

Water: 2L

Exercise: I walked a lot

Feelings: Well... Cronometer says I eat too much haha

But I agree: today I couldn't help munching fruits all the time. I think I should be more reasonable

Day 14 : 8th of july
Bfast : 2L fresh orange juice
Lunch : 500g of peaches + 500g of apricot + 1 kilo of plums
Dinner : 600g figs + Huge zucchini/tomato salad
total calories (cronometer) : 2528

Water : 3L

Exercice : 40min walking in the hills

Sleep : 9h

Feelings : Great beautiful sunny day in the mountains!!

Wow...day 14 already! At this point, I don't even feel like eating cooked foods anymore. They are not appealing to me.

Day 14:

Breakfast: A Gigantic Green Smoothie (780 cal)

Lunch: Peach Smoothie (252 cal)

Snacks: 5 Bananas (525 cal)

Dinner: Creamy Corn Chowder w/ Sliced Mushrooms (530 cal)


Water: 3 liters

Exercise: walking, 75 min.

Sleep: 8.5 hrs.

Feelings: Awesomeness :)

DAY 14:

Breakfast: 1.5kg Watermelon (450)

Snack: Orange and pineapple juice (2 oranges and 200g pineapple) (250)

Lunch: 3 Blended bananas and 3 medjool dates (500)

Snack: 2 Bananas (200)

Dinner: 5 Bananas (500)

Total - 1900

Water: 4 Litres

Exercise: 10 Minute jog

Sleep: 10 Hours

Feelings: Just really happy :)

Day 14

Breakfast: banana soup with chopped bananas on top

Lunch: mandarines

Dinner: pinaples

Water: 3 liters

Exercise: none

Sleep: 9 hours

A little late!
Day 14:

Went and helped mum at another market today (she has an organic fruit and nut stall)

Breakfast: 2 litres of juice --> 1000cals

Lunch: Took a hand of 8 or so bananas and ate them while helping mum and shopping. - 800

Noon: 5 kiwi's - 250

Dinner: Big ass Salad with 10 dates and 5 bananas - 850

Total around 2900 calories

Water: 2 liters

Exercise: Did a 5km moderate intensity on the beach semi-soft sand 26.40

Sleep: 9hrs

Feelings: Had a great morning hanging with mum then went shoe shopping, wanting to ease into minimalist shoes to strengthen my legs and feet. Have been wearing super-cushioned shoes for too long!
