30 Bananas a Day!

Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. This challenge is only for HIGH CARB raw vegans, 811-style. No superfoods or powders, salt thanks. Example is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtxFC4LHnKo

* Not only the joy of being 100% raw for 30 days but as motivation --> those who honestly stay on track for the 30 days and post here everyday (without fail) will get a free copy of my upcoming ebook!

* If you fall off the wagon please don't post about it here because it can negatively affect others on the challenge. Posts like that may be removed to help keep the high vibe. 
* You must be 100% raw and post here EVERY DAY for the next 30 days to receive the free ebook. You *must* use the same thread day after day so I can read your journal. Journals that are all over the place cannot be accepted.

DAY 1:

Bfast: 10 banana smoothie
Lunch: 1 head of iceberg lettuce with 20 dates
Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)

Exercise: 10km easy jog

Water: 3litres

Sleep: 9 hrs. 

Feelings: Optional

DAY 30 (posted under 28 because 29 has no reply to click on.


Very little sleep due to disturbances at home.


Middle of the night breakfast: : Giant tomato salad (so good) with some baby spinach and avocado.  Some orange juice.


One mile run with the puppy.

Finishing DAY 30! (part 2)


Was sooo tired today, not that hungry.  Yet after sundown had the shake or mango grape strawberry with a hint of durian.  And since by then I was hungry, if was even more luscious.


For the evening again lots of tomatoes and baby spinich, avo.



Today Friday, 6th day of the raw challenge, not easy to remember at this stage!

Started with my 4 apples1 pear and Romaine smoothie, life has been a bit hectic recently and i keep forgetting to add some plants growing naturally outside for photons but a different one every day so as not to risk being poisoned with the same poison every day. I am going to start with nettle tops and lemon balm tops but will try other wild plants too that grow and get benefit from the sun, in the winter i was using bitter cress which is not so bitter at all.

Later i had 4 bananas with blue berries.

Later again took my bowl of salad with me in a journey with someone else driving. salad of sweet potatoes+ cuc+3 tomatoes+lettuce+1/2 red pepper. and 3 bananas

Full Blendtec jug of Romaine+carots+4 sliced bananas and another 2 bananas

9 hours sleep

Feeling fine, have already lost some weight and am beginning to look a bit too skinny, which is a bit of a problem (for the looks) and has happened before, so i must make an effort to do some exercise to build some muscles, a lot to remember...

Day 6

10 naval oranges. 

25 dates

Approx 2900 calories

Water 4 litres

Sleep 8 hours

DAY 5:

Bfast: best mango I ever ate + 2 bananas

Lunch: salad+ peaches+ gaspacho

Dinner: Salad+ bananas+ abricots

Water: 1,5L

Exercise: none

Sleep: 8 hours

DAY 6 (I'm in France so there is a big jet-lag and it's 2:00 am here!)
Bfast/ Lunch: Abricots and peaches, 1 apple, 2 kiwis, tomato juice

Dinner: Huge salad + 4 bananas

Water: 1L

Exercise: Gym + 2 hours walk

Sleep: I go to sleep now :)

Day 5:

       B: orange juice, 16 oz and later on in morning i had 2 cups green grapes

       L: 10 banana smoothie with 3 medjool dates and 2 cups mixed baby greens

       D: 1/4 avocado, later on in evening I had 2 large golden delicious apples, not very good I know but It was a hectic day for me :(

       H2O: 34 oz

       Sleep: 7 1/2 hrs

       Cals: 1938

       Feelings: slept great and woke up great, a bit hectic day but pulled through, still excited to finish this out, and stay raw :)

Day 6th Sabbath, June 30th

B - 5 Nectarines, 4 peaches, 5 gold kiwi fruit, 1 c. raspberries

L - 1 C. raspberries & 2 medjool dates (blended and poured over:  4 C. Papaya, 2 green kiwi, 5 gold kiwi

D - Smoothie:  2 medjool dates, 4 peaches, 3 bananas, 1.5 c. strawberries
    Later - quart of watermelon juice

calories: 2916  89/6/5

Water - 3 quart

Exercise: None today.  It's the 7th day sabbath and I've practiced resting on the 7th day and found it a huge restorative blessing and I find I am more rested for the new week ahead. 

Feelings:  So blessed from the rest today and wonderfully delicious fruit. 

Day 6

Breakfast: 5 Bananas

Lunch: 2 bananas and a mandarin

Dinner: 5 bananas

Water:3 ltrs, yesterday I had 3 literes also

Exercise: 1 hour walk

Sleep: 9 hours during the night and a 2 hour nap

Thoughts: Why didn´t I start this program earlier! I´m feeling great!

Day 6

breakfast 1 lire OJ 823cals

lunch 20 small mandarines 742 cals

snack 6 medium bananas 630 cals

dinner 5 date 3 banana smoothie 647

total 2843

feeling, was totalled after a massive day at work, no exercise :-S

Day 6

Breakfast : banana dates smoothies (1100)

Lunch : Raw corn, raspberries, strawberries, grapes (500) <---Oops!

Dinner : Zucchini pasta (400)

Total calories : 2000 calories

Water : 2litres

Sleep : 9h30 (My body's not able to sleep more for now)

------------------------Day 3------------------------
woke up yet again a lb lighter. So happy.

BK: 1 liter smoothie (4 bananas, 1 cup strawberries, water)
LN: 1.5 fuji apple, 20oz orange juice
SNACK:7 dates
DR: 1 liter smoothie ( 3 strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 5 bananas, 2 cups water)

4 liters water total for today, (1950 cals)

EXERCISE: 27.44 mi on the bike today cycling with my training partner. Really pushed it cycling today, was really happy about that. Got home and just wanted to wind down and sleep after having a smoothie.
(1,406cals burned)

FEELINGS: Used the Garmin for the first time today. VERY happy to have a wealth of accurate objective information at my fingertips for every ride/run.
And this morning... I hit, weight-wise, the 130's! The 139lbs is a huge benchmark for me, showing I'm going in the right direction. I can't even tell you the things I've done in the past just to lose weight...
I haven't lost weight this quickly since I was water fasting. Anyway, was really happy with pushing it on the bike today too.

Was going to get up at 6 to go biking with training buddy but decided get more sleep and I'm so happy about that, it really paid off later in the day.
You know, we watched the female Olympic gymnastic trials when my bf made a point to say that people place too much emphasis on weight, and that I'm beautiful, and that- just makes me want to be my best. It was really nice to hear he just wants me to be happy.. Good to know the bf has your back and loves WHO you are. Its that kind of supportive attitude that helps me to become my best. I'm glad I'm doing 811 too, the right food and the work to make my life better, to clean up my diet, my body, my mind; to get lighter for cycling; to look like I exercise the amount I do, to feel and look great, to be an example for the movement, and to be the slim, happy and fit person I see in my mind and know I can and will be. A day at a time.


Breakfast: 0.5 watermelon

Lunch: the rest of the watermelon

Snacks (at a party): Carrot sticks, brocoli, cherry tomatoes, many wedges of watermelon and 3 peaches

Dinner: Romaine with carrots, scallions, cucumbers and tahini/lemon dressing

Water: 1 L

Sleep: 7 ish

Exercise: Swimming for fun

Feelings: I had a lot of energy, had no cravings for the other foods at the cook out (even though they had veggie burgers and blackbeans and rice). I am going to continue on my watermelon kick...as it seems to work out well for me. However, my goal is to put away a whole one by lunch. I found it easier to blend it into a drink.
