30 Bananas a Day!

Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. This challenge is only for HIGH CARB raw vegans, 811-style. No superfoods or powders, salt thanks. Example is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtxFC4LHnKo

* Not only the joy of being 100% raw for 30 days but as motivation --> those who honestly stay on track for the 30 days and post here everyday (without fail) will get a free copy of my upcoming ebook!

* If you fall off the wagon please don't post about it here because it can negatively affect others on the challenge. Posts like that may be removed to help keep the high vibe. 
* You must be 100% raw and post here EVERY DAY for the next 30 days to receive the free ebook. You *must* use the same thread day after day so I can read your journal. Journals that are all over the place cannot be accepted. 

* Please set out your journal like this :

DAY 1:

Bfast: 10 banana smoothie
Lunch: 1 head of iceberg lettuce with 20 dates
Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)

Exercise: 10km easy jog

Water: 3litres

Sleep: 9 hrs. 

Feelings: Optional

Day 4 - June 28th

B- 3 C. Peaches, 1 Nectarine, 6 Gold Kiwi - w/ a sauce of mango, dates and raspberries over it

L - Smoothie of 26 oz of Orange Juice w/ 1 C. ea of Strawberries, peaches, mangoes & Pineapple

S - Watermelon - Half a large delicious one

1950 calories - 89/6/5

Exercise - Just walked through the Farmers markets buying wonderful fruit and through Sams Club and BJs. That was my exercise today.

Water - 3.5 quarts

Sleep - 7 hours

Feelings - So blessed and thankful. Enjoyed the beautiful day getting peaches, nectarines, figs, watermelon and other wonderful fruit/veggies. Aren't we so blessed to get to eat this delicious stuff and to think we once ate things we thought was food and even liked it. Sigh!!

Day 4
16 cherries
1/4 cantaloupe


473 ml Acai Berry Juice
Green Smoothie that tasted awful but I felt great afterward.

Afternoon :
2 mandarins
12 honeydew
1 stick of celery w/ banana mush

Fat Free Pasta

I can't believe cronometer today . It said I only consumed 1084 Calories . I feel full and satiated

Day FOUR!!!!

Breakfast: Half a watermelon

Lunch: The other half and two apples

Dinner: Head of romaine, cucumber, carrots and scallions with tahini-lemon dressing

Snack: Bowl of sweet dark organic cherries MMMM!

Water: 1 L

Exercise: 60 minutes of yoga

Sleep: About 8 hours

day 4

4 bananas

2 mangoes

1/2 bag spinach

6oz raspberries

6oz blueberries

1 plum

1 apricot

LOTS of grapes, dont even know how many it was at least like 2 lbs.

exercise: bikram

water: 3 liters

feeling: good

Day 4

Breakfast: watermelon, bananas, pineapple, apple

Lunch: fruit smoothie

Dinner: watermelon, bananas, mango

Snacks: bananas, romaine

Exercise: biked 10 hilly miles in 102 degree heat. Whew!!

Sleep: 7 hours

Feelings: Happy

Day four

F- 23 bananas, 8 dates, 1+cup of blueberries, a few handfuls of mixed nuts.

W- 2.5 liters.

S- 6.5 hours.

E- 25 miles biking. Did a few pull-ups and bouldered for five minutes.

Day 4

Sunrise: banana

Breakfast: smoothie: 2 bananas, peach, 3 cups of spinach

Snack: banana, 5 medjool dates, coconut water

Lunch: smoothie: 4 bananas, carob powder

Snack: 3 bananas

Dinner: 20 dates

Desert: 3 raw figs

calories: 2940

Water: 4 Liters

Exercise: at least 4.5 hours of walking

Sleep: 6 hrs; woke up at 4:30am and couldnt fall back asleep

Feeling: Very hungry today. A little emotional eating. Missing nuts, and having skepticism about these 30 days. But I know my body is already feeling happier.

DAY 1: (Monday 25th, Santiago, Chile)

Bfast: 1 Litre orange juice
Lunch: 1.1 kg Apples and 7 dates
Snack: 500ml orange juice
Dinner: 1.5 kg Apples
Exercise: 1 hour dancing 
Total calories: 2204 kcal

Water: 1.5 litres

Sleep: 10 hrs. 

Feelings: I felt pretty good! I think tomorrow I´ll be adding big salads to my lunch… I’m really inspired to do this, 'cause I feel like this is what I needed to start 100% 811hcrv…A CHALLENGE!!

DAY 2: (Tue 26th, Santiago, Chile)

Bfast: 600 ml Orange Juice

Lunch: 910 gr Bananas
80 gr Dates
8 gr shredded coconut 

Snack: 1000 gr Apples
70 gr Dates

Dinner: 150 gr Spinach
535 gr Tomatoes
200 gr Mushrooms
125 gr Carrot

Exercise: 90 min Walk/Run with my dog

Total calories: 2282 kcal

Water: 1.100 litres

Sleep: 9 hrs. 

Feelings: I feel amazing and really really happy! I supposed it's because I feel so proud of myself :) ♥

DAY 3: (Wen 27th, Santiago, Chile)

Bfast: 1 kg Apples

Lunch: 410 gr Bananas
80 gr Spinach
80 gr Dates
5 gr shredded coconut 

Snack: 800 gr Apples

Dinner: 150 gr Celery
250 gr Tomatoes
70 gr Avocado
100 gr Spinach
100 gr Quinoa

Exercise: None

Total calories: 2131 kcal

Water: 2 litres

Sleep: 9 hrs. 

Feelings: Today I felt stronger and prettier haha :D

DAY 4: (Thu 28th, Santiago, Chile)

Bfast: 500 gr Apples
338 gr Pomegranates
1 Litre Orange Juice

Lunch: 230 gr Tomatoes
50 gr Avocado
50 gr Watercress
120 gr Sweet red pepper
300 gr Zucchini
300 gr Carrots 

Dinner: 800 gr Bananas
100 gr Dates
100 gr Basil
15 Almonds

Exercise: Wanted to run but here is raining a lot :C so, none for today

Total calories: 2473 kcal

Water: 1.5 litres

Sleep: 10 hrs.
