Tuesday 26th June 2012, second day of the 30 days raw vegan challenge, Hi Freelee
Half a papaya quite early this morning
4 apples, 1 pear and Heart of Romaine smoothie at lunch time with 2 glasses of water
followed by a bowl of 4 bananas and grapes.
Went to do gardening all afternoon, ate more bananas (3) and grapes,
then one dish of vegetable, i.e. 1/4 cuc+3 tom+ 3 slices sweet potatoe + 1/2 red pepper + lettuce
Last meal : smoothie of Heart of Romaine + 4 carrots + 1/3 sweet potatoe with sliced bananas + 2 glasses of water
This latter meal was a bit too much, i'll try to do less tomorrow as it was giving me a tommy ache for a little while, too full. Strangely when i was eating cooked food in the afternoon, i was filling myself up completely but all i wanted was more, it was never enough, when now i have no desire to eat more.
I slept 8 hours and 15 minutes last night but am now falling asleep a bit.
I drink water during the night and a bit during the day but not much. I am wondering whether i should make an effort to drink more...
I am over the moon to have managed to go raw without any effort so far.
Thanks ever so much Freelee, it's such a fantastic adventure !
