I have difficulties to understand the 'stuff your stomach as far as it goes'-fad...
It's just... it's basically 600g of simple sugars which are absorbed within a few hours, and unless you deadlift and squat 2000kg, they are turned into liver fat (about 200g).
You gotta stand up to get it all in! ;)
