Anyone ever try using apples as their mono-meal staple? Seems like a good fruit to rely on (easily available, don't have to wait for ripening) If so what were your experiences? How many did you eat in the day? Did you feel satiated?
I had to replace my banana meal with apples a few times this week due to not having enough ripe bananas...ate about 10 in one sitting and wound up bloated with a belly ache and hungry shortly after...that's just my experience though...it could be different for you! Let us know how it goes if you decide to try it
