Anyone ever try using apples as their mono-meal staple? Seems like a good fruit to rely on (easily available, don't have to wait for ripening) If so what were your experiences? How many did you eat in the day? Did you feel satiated?

Might digest better as homemade apple sauce, but that's a lot of work. Could try it as an experiment, but I wouldn't consider them a viable staple.
