I'm looking forward to the upcoming weeks! Just about got the hang of this thing =)
Some things I need to fine tune....
Our family of 4's dinner routine when we seem to want different things has been a little bumpy (I'm raw, hubby is cooked, kids are...well, picky).
This week I want to scope out some farmers markets in the area, see if I can get any deals in bulk! I'm hoping grocery shopping, planning and budgeting will get easier too.
Excersize needs to make its way back into my day too...somewhere.
I learned to never leave the house without an emergency stash of fruit!
I like radicchio! (who knew)
Banana and date smoothies go down so much nicer when cut with some mangoes or peaches!
Migraines are a thing of the past!
Now that I have a better idea as to what I like to eat vs what I don't care for, and how to best work it into our lives, this next week should go much more smoothly.
Being full is a fabulous thing! Being full all the time and not gaining weight is even better!
It will be interesting to see how my friends and family respond once this gets out there. Especially since I am a chef and food is my life! This is a complete cold turkey, out of the blue, 180 for me. My internall struggle cooking a S.A.D. for others is a whole other story...
