30 Bananas a Day!

Hello friends, 

I am new to 811rv, and it been almost 2 months eating fruits and vegetables raw. I feel low in energy and when I go to the gym to workout I will be shaking by the end of the workout. I have been a cooked vegetarian for 3 years and have never felt weak. I wanna follow 801010 but cant figure out what I am doing wrong. Here is my daily diet:

--1 melon or honeydew for breakfast

--7-8 banana smoothie mixed with spinach or bok choy, dates, ginger for lunch and large green salad for dinner. I have been tracking daily calorie intake on chronometer and average up to 2100 calories a day. I am 5'8 and 168 pounds male. I have attached the snap shot of my calorie intake from cronometer below. I feel I have eating low protein and it stays around 50-60% of of cronometer suggested protein intake. Am I eating enough? My fiancee keeps telling me that something bad can happen to me since I am not eating fish or cooked beans and I am missing essential amino acids. I don't want to go back to cooked food and determined to follow 811rv diet. Should I add more greens to my diet so my protein level does up. so far I have been having greens in my lunch smoothie and having 1 lettuce head mixed with other greens and some fruits for dinner. Any sugestion to guide me to the right path is appreciated.....Please see the link to the image for my daily calorie intake below.

You're definitely not getting enough calories my friend.  I'm 5'10, 145 lbs and I eat anywhere from 3000-4000 calories a day.  Greens are important, but I don't even consider them part of my caloric intake.  I try to get 3000 calories minimum of fresh fruit, then I will eat a giant salad if I feel like it.  If the salads are lowfat they will be below 500 calories anyway.  Here's what I ate in a typical day last week: 20 bananas, a pint of figs, 3 small containers of raspberries, 2 lbs of grapes, and a giant salad with 2-3 big heirloom tomatoes.  That was just an estimation, but it looks something like that each day.  Alot of bananas because theyre cheap.  I like melons, but i find it difficult to eat enough to meet caloric need, moreover they make me pee so damn much.  But if you are gonna eat melons for breakfast, eat 2-3 unless its a giant watermelon.

You should be eating way more calories.  I only weigh 120-130 lbs and I always try to eat 3000 calories daily.  I'd recommend adding in a pre dinner meal.  It doesn't have to be anything big but 400 or so extra calories would make a huge difference in your energy levels.

for what its worth not to sound liek a broken record but i'm 5'7 140lbs and i eat 3500-4500 calories a day and feel great.

Yeah definitely calories and perhaps water.  Drink a lot of water.  I can eat 4 or 5 honey dew for breakfast.  And I am a girl lol

Not enough calories for sure. If 3000-4000 calories a day is too hard on your budget, try included legumes, potatoes or rice.
