A one week fitness retreat in the quietest environment possible of the Andalusian mountains, in a beautiful villa with pool and views on the mountains, 30 minutes from the beach. The best setting to exercise and enjoy low fat, vegan rawfood.
Days start with a fruity breakfast, followed by different outdoor and sport activities starting with stretching and core strength building. During the afternoon, you will be offered more activities, running, fitness and bodyweight exercises, mountain bike. Sport and fitness activities are organized by Claire and Stéphane, and they will help you improve your fitness and share tips on how to train more efficiently and naturally.
You can also enjoy some free time to relax or explore the region and the famous white villages nearby.
The meals are all raw vegan, low fat, and prepared by our private chef on site, with local and organic produces, some coming from our own farm, which you will be able to visit during field trips.
If you like, you can participate in the preparation of the meals, and discover some new recipes with our chef.
During the week, different discussions will take place, on various subjects like health, sport and nutrition, or even permaculture.
