i agree a whole avocado is no big deal but i was surprised by the total calories for the day, im guessing i would probs eat twice that but i suppose lots of factors determine ones hunger! Keep up the good work mike its working well for you :)

Robert, yeah some days I definitely go beyond 10%, especially if my calories are low, which happens. I don't really notice a difference. If you want to add a little more fat in your salad, that's fine, it's not like you are going to eat a cup of nut butter with it or anything. You could stretch it out by blending it with a bit red pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, ect... I'll be making a vid hopefully soon about how I feel about overts.
Looks great...I love fresh OJ but with the amount you had I would think the whole avocado with your dinner would put your total CNR over 10% fat. Have you added that up? I ask because I'd like to put a little more fat on my salad dressing of tahini or avo but it seems like a whole would be way too much.

I been eating 811 since Jan 08 and been working out pretty regularly since about 6 months into this diet.
Hey Mike, thanks for the video, can I ask how long you have been working out for and how much of that time has been on 811?
