Vitalis tells us to eat Deer antler and cow colostrum. When did you ever have a craving for that? When I am hungry I like to eat sweet tasting food ie fruit. Imagine a hot summer day... hmmm.... Deer antler or watermelon?

Its a wooden stand I installed at the head of my bed to hold a speaker at one point. Now its a bookstand
