Anyone know of any parkour videos of chicks? I've never seen any females doing parkour before, ever. I would love to have somewhere to go and learn all of this - the videos on youtube aren't quite the safe way to do it.

i only use this as strength training for now....next semester i am thinking of joining parkour gym.

i try to do everyday early in the morning at the university at 5 when theres no one around....its fun!!!!!

I really wish that I lived in a city sometimes so I could get easy access to parkour groups and training schools. There are so many in cities in the UK, but there is nothing where I live. Parkour and freerunning are THE most inspirational forms of exercise to me. I believe they represent the sole form of exercise we would do in nature. That level of mastery of the mind and body is incredible.
