I believe it's all about the workout mainly, diet is secondary. As harley said, unless you work out, you won't be toned. If you youtube/google you can find many elderly bodybuilders that aren't all vegan/raw vegan. The ones i checked did mention "you don't need supplements"

i think the twins took it good. Harley alot of people use intermittent fasting with sick results also the twins, i dont know if this was a stunt to get more youtube hits but it doesnt hold truth. People doing this eating lifestyle can use it aswell to tweak their progress. Alot of people on this lifestyle like yourself does intermittent fasting yourself by not going to bed full of food and train on an empty stomach in the morning

I noticed all the hate and dislikes on youtube, Harley, perhaps you could respond by letting the haters know to look for long-term healthy successful body builders who are above the age of 70, who still look good, and to not look at body builders who are young for long-term health, for example....
