The Fruitarian Living in a Human Diet Horror Movie

I'm scared, really really scared for the human species. Since becoming a fruitarian and completely rebuilding my body and health to peak levels I now see how sick everyone else is around me.

The diets that are eaten in industrialized society today is a ticket to suffering, death and destruction. Our medical systems and hospitals are overrun and in dire states.

People are sick and only getting sicker, and it's almost all due to diet.
The greatest challenge of human history is upon us. All the wars, conflicts and plagues of human history cannot compete with the death and destruction that is taking hold of our society today all due to our horrible perverted relationship with processed foods. I feel like I'm trapped in the Matrix movie, human society is so out of touch that it seems like there is no hope at times....

ha ha....too totally cool Michael this is one of the best examples of what many of us witness on a daily tour of our communities. And it is qutie shocking....God forbid there's none of us left to see the difference.

The greatest rant I've heard put on video. This is the voice in my head looking out in the world thinking "This is insanity!"  Thank you for making this.

Great video. I feel this way everyday with my friends and family. They all choose to think that it's their genes that make them fat and sick, and that "as long as it's lean meats, it's healthy". It pisses me off how much these people are killing themselves. Whenever I meantion I'm on a diet(more like lifestyle and my obese friend says "why? you're not fat!" And she fights with me about it. I really am. 165lbs, and I have a huge gut and large thighs.

My friend, Heidi(not Freelea :P), she's had 2 strokes in her life, one recently a month ago. She's on some type of heart medication to aparently keep her alive. And she's only 16! She's boardering obese. Her doctor told her the next stroke could kill her. :( It made me mad when this older lady told her she's "not really fat". The lady also being fat herself. They just like to make each other feel better about their bad habits. :/

We need a tropical island reserved just for fruitarians/high carbers. :D

I am starting to understand the diet horror movie in my community. I have not been long on 811, but some differences are already showing up; not only in how people see me, but how I see other people.

I went to a party the other day, and saw some friends we did not see in a few months. Some people were commenting that I looked like I lost weight, I've only lost 5 lb, and that I was looking very slim and young. Sadly, even by SAD standards, I am still 10 lb overweight. Compared to other 811ers, I am obese.

Anyways, I was looking at my friends with new eyes. Almost all of them are overweight and or obese, have belly rolls, two or more chins, have dark circles under their eyes, and seemed to be dragging themselves just to get through the party. They were all having caffeinated beverages like pepsi and tea. I felt very fresh and alive without the drugs.

One of my friends looked paticularly tired and sick, and meaning well, I stuck my foot in my mouth, (sorry, I need to learn some new 811 puns) and I asked her if she was feeling well. She said yes, nothing was wrong, and why was I asking. I was just trying to be a good caring friend, but said something no lady wants to hear: "You don't look well." I think she did realize later I meant well and gave me a hug.

So lesson learned. My perceptions are changing. My mental benchmark of how one should look is what I see in the morning, and even then, I know I have a loooonnnggg ways to go. Until someone tells me they are not feeling well, I am not going to ask. It is just the look of SAD society.
In Peace, PK
P.S. Before I became 811, I used to get mad regarding the marketing in the grocery stores. They make so called organic and or processed copies of every food out there, cookies, chips, etc, reduce the quantity, put it in a brown recycled looking box, double the price, and people just swoon over their so called health food isle. Organic fried potatoe chips? Come on! I never bought those things!

People up here in Canada keep on saying were not as fat as the Americans or as much sickness. Well I say coming in at a close second is nothing to brag about
