Any source in the United States unless can not distribute raw nuts.  Unless you go to them personally and they sell them to you "under the table" and very quietly.  Too bad for us raw foodies.  Yes, they are better not-raw than having a non-real food item.

hey chris,  good combining tips! i sure appreciate you comments. as for the folicle thing  i read this online on numerous websites,  heres a sample quote "research indicated that higher levels of fat cause oil glands in the hair follicle to grow, thereby producing more DHT and more damage to hair follicles.  i read things likes this all over the net. is it realy true?  i hope its not......come on hair grow!

Raw Mormon Mommy,  it varies about the nuts.  usually a handfull a night or about an 1 once per day unless i have an avacado then i dont eat any nuts that day(watching the fat intake).  i dont  refrigerate mine.  smaller bags and all are used before any have ever gone bad. i appreciate you comment.  you are a beautiful person with a beautiful family.  peace be with you all

Jennie Raw and Alycia,  the bruce willis comment makes my whole year!  you are too kind and i cant stop smiling!

yeah Alycia i think i know what your saying.  unfortunately i am alone in eating 80/10/10.  my wife if from germany and eats the typical diet for the region which is simular to our sad diet here in the us. forntinately she is in great health but she has no interest in my diet.  my son is 19, lives at home and also eats sad.  so to answer your question i eat this way alone which is realy no problem.  i would love it if they would eat 80/10/10 though.  but planing is easy its just me.  i sure appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment!

Thanks for sharing! Do nuts need to be refrigerated? Do you eat a lot of nuts? How much how often?
