Thanks for the kick in the ass, I sooooo needed it! I've set my alarm telling me to go to bed vs telling me to wake up. I never go to bed before the next day but I going to give it try! Cheers.

I love that tired person imitation.  It SERIOUSLY is real.  I notice that at college there is this phenomenon I call "the haze", where students have this non-changing hazy look on their face and in their eyes, no matter what they're doing, or what they're talking about.  I've only been able to escape that loop 3 periods of time during my college career, and those times of wellbeing were caused by me getting to sleep at or before 9pm.  Once I started going to bed later, immediately- within the next day and days following- I had "the haze".  There was no readjusting, it always stayed there. 

 

I hated when my friends would talk to me, saying, "Is it past your bed time, Mara?" "You go to bed early."  I would respond, "Yeah, it is, thanks for reminding me." and "It's not early, it's healthy."

 

So sick of our "up late" culture!  Should be stacked with smoking and other health hazards, not praised as "having fun".

Exhausted. Stayed up too late after waking up too early like I always do on the weekends. I needed this friendly reminder video! Cheers!
