Please check out my new video, "Savory Raw Vegan Cucumber Pasta and Sauce!" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dv4qlUOx_Fk.
I eat more than 3,000 calories a day, and stay slim. In fact, I lost 40 lbs eating WAY more than ever! In this video I'll show you how to make a delicious, savory raw vegan "pasta" and sauce.
Caution: this is not enough calories for a meal. Please use a website like cron-o-meter to be sure you are eating enough calories if you are a raw vegan. Eating enough calories is ESSENTIAL for good health! :)

Comment by Teri L on April 27, 2012 at 11:57am You know the funny thing is I usually don't like carrots that much, but I had a bunch of them left over from when Matt was juicing them, so I threw a few in with my sauce one day and WOW... it's good! It's become one of my favorite sauces! It all goes really well together.
Comment by Teri L on April 27, 2012 at 11:51am hellcat, I love it with even just tomatoes! Try replacing the carrots with a few mangoes or oranges too... delicious! :)
