As to the recipe: I think it is a great once in a while dish for guests that aren't so low fat. I am doing 100 days of 811 without overt and wouldn't be able to eat this at that time. It looks delicious!
Rant Idea: The comment from non-811r's that really gets my goat is "Well, everyone is different!" Geesh! Yep, I guess they are an alien from another planet! Or a different species! Perhaps: sub-human! LOL

I tried this recipe!I never use dill, but it amazing!! thanks! I didn't use avocado because I ewanted i to be fat free- I used zucchini and it wasn't as creamy as I hoped, but I will keep experienting to find an overt-free version. Thanks! Helped to keep things interesting
so today in the produce section, I tested the corn like you said by popping one of the kernels and almost hit the lady next to me in the eye. it was definitely young haha. :-P I will have to execute more precision next time. ;)

- Jennie, you can tell by a few things. The age (greeness) of the husk surrounding the cob and when you peel it off it should be quite firmly stuck to the cob. If you burst one of the kernels with your nail then plenty of juice should burst out (not ooze). The kernels should be full, and tight. The corn should be very sweet and not at all starchy.
