Kristina your videos are awesome :) and hello, we don't have to follow recipes exactly! Maybe garlic shoots (the green part) would work instead of actual garlic?

Everyone needs to eat a banana (or ten) right now. <3<3<3

I am trying to get my husband to convert over to the BAD side.  Kristina's recipe videos are great with helping me find low fat meals that taste good even for a SAD eater. Serving this tonight for dinner, garlic goes into his sauce but mine will not have garlic.  Slowly I'm replacing one meal a month then upping it slowly from there. Thanks Kristina for your videos keep them coming. <3

i love you Kristina, and your recipes are the best!!! this is coming from a former obese pasta lover who has been on the HC/LF RV wagon all year and with raw foods have lost almost 100 pounds (not quite there, but i'm not in a hurry to get to any  number whatsoever). all the hater's can keep on hatin' because I think it's only helping her out. i'm not quite rid of garlic and onions in my diet (although, i don't even eat them weekly probably every other week at most). i understand her sentiment and appreciate it coming from where i am with my lifestyle at this point. I appreciate the knowledge spread on the subject though as well. I feel it is all coming from a LOVE perspective, it is just sometimes hard to communicate well on the internets ;).

Haven't read all the comments but I heard there was some fuss about the garlic.  30BaD has lots of videos that are not 100% within the guidelines.  Last week Cool Veg submitted a wonderful interview with Dan the life re-generator who mentioned how he keeps his colon clean with colonics.  We often qualify these kinds of videos with statements but not always.  It depends on the content and  context of the video.  As it says in the guidelines, the focus here is always on promoting lfrv.

I wasn't going to comment, but I read the comments first and then watched the video and what I got from it is Kristina saying 'you can share it with all of you're family and all of you're friends and inspire them to eat healthier too'. Seriously, all the people who are hating on this recipe because of the (optional) garlic need to consider, would you rather your family eat a meal with garlic (which would probably be a 1/4 of one tiny clove per serve) or a cheesey, bacon and cream, white egg pasta, veggie- less alfrerdo? I think this is an awesome recipe and Kristina is such an inspiration =)
