Sunshine, just because I used one clove of garlic in the recipe doesn't mean that it isn't 80/10/10. Perhaps someone who has been too afraid to try raw may see this recipe and decide that they can make a small step. Then later, as they become cleaner, they will eat more fruits and see that FRUIT'N it up is the way to go! :)

Hi Heather! Another thing that you can try are cucumbers. It makes them way more juicy, but they also work!

Oh and it would be really cool if you also added the nutrition facts :) Like how much fat, carbs protein and percentages on your site or video

I wish I could eat zucchini but every time I do I get really nauseous.. and I've thrown up when I ate too many. :( Just plain yellow or green zucchini.

Hi vegan_witch I recommend reading this information: http://www.rawfoodexplained.com/content/junk-foods-garlic-and-onions/ I can advice doing your own experimentation, eat no garlic and onions for several months and then eat a bunch of them ;) it was convincing enough for me to leave them out :D

That said I trust Kristina and one green onions and one small glove of garlic is probably just enough so the body can handle the toxicity, but from my experience the garlic is worse then the green onion. Just experiment and leave them out if you wish.

Kristina could you make a list of all the ingredients you are going to use in your videos and an indication of the quantities, if possible list them in the video description or just show them in the beginning or end of the video. I would love to just add them to my grocery list and watch the video again in the future. Thank you and hugs ;)

Thanks Dreamer, I agree. They have been used at many of the events (I know this because I have been going to all of the events for the past 7 years). They are not used in excess, but merely as tiny zings of flavor. It doesn't mean that I consume them daily or even weekly, but they can make a bowl of Fettuccine a special treat every full moon. Hi Team! Thanks for your comments! Please keep in mind I am trying to reach a broader audience with this recipe. Also, 811 addresses 80% carb, 10% fat, and 10% protein. Onions and garlic are more of a Natural Hygiene factor b/c both of these are still low in fat. Definitely don't eat them daily, but if you're interested in introducing someone to raw, this may help. Also, if you don't like them, then simply leave them out of the recipe. Voila! :)

I don't think Dr Doug has anything against them.. so how are they not 80/10/10? Granted they aren't good for us and not optimal but neither are some other condiments that seem to be ok according to 30bad and 80/10/10? Like cinnamon. Anyways nice video Kristina :) You have great energy.
