Another great video, hadn't seen this one.  I just love Don, important message he is spreading!  I use rock dust and compost and forest humus.  Mineral rich soil makes a huge difference!  My lettuce has at least ten times the amount of minerals and vitamins in it compared to the taste of store bought or farmer's markets romaine lettuce.
