rehydratedenergy, the point of the video, is that he's having mostly carbs, the cream cheese was just a topping, just a very small fraction of the meal... not even contributing in the slightest aside from taste
more importantly, he's teaching to have high carb and he won all those gold medals

mostly fruit, but the dead grains is not good for long term health, may help his short term athletic performance i guess
