I have a question about the inviting people to dinner idea you gave:
I've tried many of the lfrv recipes posted on books, youtube and this website, and after a few months i've come to find them palatable and even enjoy them.
However, every person i've ever shared one of this meals with has been disappointed with it, labeling it of flavorless and bland. (which makes sense, as theres no stimulants of any kind in it, which are what makes the "normal" eating experience pleasurable)
The only way i've found of making it attractive to the general public is using forbidden ingredients (salt, aminos, dehydration, vinegars, too much overts, etc)
How do you cross that bridge? I've crossed it through discipline, but im a complete nutrition geek and most people won't make that compromise
thank you!
