Eat the steamed rice and potatoes (preferably sweet potatoes), until you can get enough bananas. I see why banana is the staple. It is the easiest to eat. I have a huge bag of rice here for when I can't have bananas. I eat a couple cups of rice and that's about 480 calories. Maybe 3 cups a day and then just raw fruits and veggies. It works out. Do you know about using Cronometer.com to count cals on your food. I love it! :)
Yeah, when you said you were starting tomorrow and all your bananas were green and the papaya you showed has at least 1 1/2 weeks before it's ripe, I knew you were in for a rough ride. Can you put your hands on some dates in the meantime? Have a great business trip.
