Hey sister I can relate! My goal is 811 but it is difficult to stick with it, especially when you have a busy job like most people do (I know I do!) It has been much easier for me to stick to vegan, even in social situations, so that helps me stay on track to transition eventually to raw. Enjoy being vegan! Omg your hair and top are sooooo cute!! Love love love

I am glad you are still around.  I know how you feel concerning taking steps forward.  Just take your time and find your path, it will be shown to you.

Life is difficult sometimes.  It is normal and very human to struggle and make mistakes. I think you have a great attitude and will be successful when you make the decision to go fully raw again [hopefully you will decide too : )]. In the mean time low fat cooked vegan is much better than SAD. Making the transition/switch from lfcv to 811 will be easier than SAD to 811.

You can do it! Also good luck on your business venture!

Love you!  Hugs!

I've been where you are.  I tried a lot of different stuff, and a lot of thoughts.  I went back and forth for years.

For me, I had to kinda hit a bottom where I realized that my relationship with food was just so messed up I was risking my life.  (I think you probably know what risks you have with your extra weight, but I love you too much to be too polite to remind you.)  My husband has Type 2 diabetes brought on at age 26 by obesity and he has gotten a lot of complications.  That really brings it home to me every day how important it is to take care of my body.   I finally decided to go to  a 12-step group, and that helped a LOT.  Oddly, it helped me realize that I had to listen to Harley and Freelee and eat MORE CALORIES, and that has helped immensely.  I also had to let go of the all or nothing mindset, and the constant beating myself up over not doing everything perfect.  I am not 100% raw yet, but I don't feel confused and out-of-control and miserable.  Sometimes I don't follow my planned program for the day, but I am not binge-ing on junk food or obsessing about what I'm eating or not eating every minute of the day.  And that has made life wonderful!
