Actor Johnny Depp went Fruitarian/Vegan as a way to get his BMI down to 20 for a film role. Bet he was undereating calories though. Still, weight management is easy when you're vegan!

Ra, yes, I gained most of my weight in the first month. During that particular period of time I was lifting weights sporadicallly for the first two weeks, then got into running, although at that point I was running for less than 1k at a time due to being new to it.
Last winter at the coldest point ( -15 degrees and below) I went 6 weeks or so where I literally did nothing, still didn't gain weight. Started doing the bodyweight exercises as the lack of physical activity was making me feel sluggish.
hmmm... was most of your weight gained during your initial '1 month weight gaining' process? If so, aside from sufficient calories during that month, I'm curious as to if you were doing "10k 3 times a week" during that month, or if you were not running during that month, and/or if you were doing your squats/pushups for 5 minutes a day during that month?
I had a go at weight training at the very beginning, but got bored of it after about 2 weeks, so didn't continue. After a few weeks on high fruit I suddenly got the urge to go outside and run, so I started running and ended up doing 10k 3 times a week after a few months. During the last winter I stopped running altogether due to the extreme cold here in Bulgaria and switched to simple bodyweight exercises, nothing too strenuous, just a few squats - pushups etc for 5 mins every day. Right now it's warm again and I have a big steep hill about 5 mins away from my house so I run up and down it for about 1 hr twice a week.
My initial weight gain took about 1 month, and it was mainly due to just eating enough total calories as everyone advises here. For me the exercise is a by product of eating enough. If I undereat I lose all motivation to move. That said, I spend 95% of my time just chillin' and eating! ;-D
great vid, did you do any weight training or running to get your weight balanced, did you just chill and eat, what'd you do exactly and how long did it take?
