How about Jackfruit with Dill?! That sounds pretty damned amazing...

Great Vid, Freelee! Any idea on if Jackfruit can ripen off the tree? I know the ones we get here in Canada from the asian markets are always cut when they're unripe... but if I were to purchase a whole green one, would it ripen ?

I would love to have it locally.  Perhaps when Whole Foods gets open next year.  They are still building their store.

Enjoy your Jak! ;) Thanks for the tip as well on jakfruit. Unfortunately it's not abundant where I live, but when the opportunity presents itself, I'll know how to identify when it's ripe. :)
