Gluten isn't as bad as people make out. Unless you have celiac disease then it's pretty bad. Get tested or see how you feel off it.

haha actually my teeth aren't really that white, for some reason the MAC camera makes everything that is light-coloured really pearly white. 

Thanks everyone there was more I could say on the topic but I didn't want to make the video long-winded. My aim is to make all my videos under 3mins and to the point.
