I can relate to your story, in the past and now. You are so right.
Excellent video!I also have issues getting quality sleep, I lay down for 9 to 11 hours a day, but I only really sleep for about five hours (according to my sleep analyser) the rest of the time I move a lot and I don't feel more energized then with eight ours of sleep, it kind of feels the body adjust to having more sleep time, but does not use it :D
