you won't get fat on fruit. It's the fat and salt people eat that make them fat. If you are eating lots of gourmet raw food, you could definitely gain weight. But eating whole, ripe, natural fruit - it's almost impossible to overeat on it. It's just too water rich and filling. I had 25 peaches yesterday while at an orchard and on the way home. I've been doing this 100% for years, and I'm not fat. Don't worry about getting fat from fruit. Worry about getting fat from pizza and doughnuts :)

do you exercise a lot? Cause I'm afraid that my desk job will do the bad thing (not so much moving, lots of carbs).
