i have a question freelee! and thank u so much for this video by the way. i love your honesty with not knowing everything about it but giving the info u do know.
since i checked and i am NO LONGER OVULATING, what should i do? increase my fat intake? i really hope it comes back cuz i want another baby and havent been able to get pregnant. i chart my fertility through the fertility awareness method.
i think before trying increase my fat intake, i kept it at around 5-7%. should i go a little higher than 10%? it just seems hard to believe just a few percent higher in fat will make me ovulate. thanks freelee!
do you eat nuts and seeds? I feel much better when I include no overt fats, but I don't wanna eat to little and end up lookin like a guy -Lol. Just eating fruits and veggies my fat intake is 6-7% of my calories.
I agree with Fruit of Life, this is great video. Many women fear to ask such things. I am experiencing loss of my period at the moment and was concerned about it. But now its clear to me, thank you very very much! :)
This is a great video and great topic. A lot of women are concerned about this very topic so it helps a lot. Great insights and I believe that you are right if women have a flow at all (I think it can be normal and healthy not to experience one at all as long as you are ovulating and all your female hormones are at healthy levels) it should be light and definitely not cause pain and discomfort.
