Banana girl is a better nick name for you. It's so cute. You're no where near being a bitch, you are very nice, kind, and warm (at heart). Don't call yourself that :) (HUG) <3

Sharing the message is important, another way to spread it is to just share your fruit with everyone.

On my way to the grocery store now after looking at all of that! hahahaha

hey BananaGirl! I love this video!!  it is a great example of what it looks like to eat a delicious and wonderful way!  I think the more of us earthpeople that keep learning to get our ripe fruit and eat it, the better!  what a wild world we live in, it is so inspiring to see you making such a delightful way :)

Thank you Freelee! I am not sure how to start a new discussion yet but I will look into it.  It's wonderful that you answered me right away! Those of us who grew up on black and white TV are still wowed by the internet--lol.

Just my opinion but I think you should show the greens too.  For a while I wasn't eating enough greens and just didn't feel my best.  In the past week I've upped my greens intake significantly and feel a lot better.  So in the name of setting a good example, you should show your greens intake too.

Thanks folks! Some lovely comments here :)

By the way this is only our fruit intake, I didn't include our greens (which we do eat).

Lynne, hmm I'm not 100% on the age I tried to do a search but Ning didn't come through for me. :-/

I suggest you start a discussion about this I think you will find your answer more quickly and also get to know more people :) If you stay on track and do daily exercise with the addition of some high heart rate activities once or twice a week your belly flab will melt over time. I can't say how long of course but it will happen!

I enjoyed watching about 6 of your videos today. Your journet story from eating disorder was very moving--I hope my sister in law will be open to watching it, as she has the same disorder.

Is there anyone is this forum besides me who is actually older than Dr. Doug? lol. I definitely like you to be the Bananagirl rather than RFB, for exactly the reason you said.

Do you have any encouraging stories for those of us who have droopy bellies that are not just from fat bur from post pregnancy? I can pick mine up and wave it up and down--lol--sorry for that mental image. I know it will shrink in time from the 811 lifestyle (only a month on it so far), but I am wondering what "belly flab " reduction post baby birthing otherolder ladies have experienced.

You may have a forum for senior ladies, bur I can't find it?

Thanks again for all your hard work putting the message out there.
