SO don't try this a t home . ;) Looks it first up ,or take a yoga class . This can go bad. I ones pulled my neck and it hurt for 5 days .

Comment by brina on April 21, 2012 at 9:34am that is so great. i would recommend not holding your breath though, it wouldn't be as strenuous (i'm not that advanced yet, but when i'm in headstand, or any other posture, it's sooooo helpful to incorporate your deep, relaxing breath)
