Haha Thnks , I am doing it all wrong , This is not the right way to do this stand , It is a yoga pose and i have learned the proper way . SO don't try this a t home . ;) Looks it first up ,or take a yoga class . This can go bad. I ones pulled my neck and it hurt for 5 days .

that is so great. i would recommend not holding your breath though, it wouldn't be as strenuous (i'm not that advanced yet, but when i'm in headstand, or any other posture, it's sooooo helpful to incorporate your deep, relaxing breath)
