It looks like they might have to put warning labels on fried chicken in California soon. PCRM sued 7 large fast food restaurant chains in California for serving carcinogens in their chicken without telling their customers. And, amazingly enough, they actually won the lawsuit!

I really don't think kids would be so addicted to these if it was just chicken. In my experience, the hardest part of getting kids off of these is the withdrawal. They don't want it of it's not packed with gluten and deep fried. A lot of them actually gag with plain chicken meat. Their bodies won't even let them get it in their mouths.

Wowww. Surprise ending!

But I agree with some of the others' comments: the wake-up call that makes most people vegan is learning about how the meat gets to the table, not what happens to it once it's there.

Lol, it's probably healthier to eat them with the bones and stuff blended in. The calcium would prevent the body acidifying; it's what cats and dogs do.

Actually why don't they give the bits of meat brainwashed humans don't want to eat to dogs and cats? They know how to appreciate the good stuff.

It's sad they didn't turn their nose up at that grossness, I have a documentary on my computer called Briton's really disgusting foods that does this in much more detail to a point that these children would not dare eat it.

I'm willing to send the documentary to anyone interested.

At least one step was omitted that would have made a difference in those kids decision in the end. They should have started off with a real live bird. Plus showing the bacteria and virus' living on the meat with an infra red camera or something and then under a microscope.

The show was not about teaching them how bad meat was so those things would not be done. I can understand the kids thinking, if other parts of the bird are okay then what is wrong with those parts. Native American people ate or used every part of the animals they ate traditionally, so maybe that would be good instinct to use the whole thing. I think if things were explained more to the kids, like spines and brains have more potential for deadly mad cow disease etc. the kids certainly could have had a chance to make a more informed decision, they are kids, not stupid, lol, just very inexperienced. I think this particular episode was a bit rigged to shock adults. There was so much information left out about that chicken stuff that most people care about and are aware of.

The final question was leading. "now who would still eat this?" He could have asked, You would not eat this now would you? or what do you think about chicken nuggets now? I'm sure the carcinogenic fumes coming from that frying pan helped their shocking answer along.

It is both frightening and unfortunate that the children chose to eat the food that they turned their noses up to after viewing it in its unprocessed state. When I was around their age, I ate McDonald's chicken nuggets more times than I would like to remember. No wonder, I was always sick with some ailment or flu.

It's amazing, the power of marketing and morphine. These kids associate "death nuggets "with more than just food. It's emotionally comforting and it's physiologically numbing. They are true addicts! They can see how disgusting it is, but when offered the drug, their frontal lobe shuts down!!! SO SO SAD!!! They'll all grow up to be addicted to other substances too, if no one intervenes. They need intervention, they can't make decisions on their own if they are THAT far gone. They need to be on that reality show, "Intervention-Addicted to gluteomorphin."
