Hi Ted you mentioned you oral care advise,

Just wondering if you use anything to keep the bacteria (barnacles :) in check? and how is it going with your teeth these days.

I think just brushing without any anti bacterial product, soap, toothsoap, clove oil rinse, etc does not do much to keep the bacteria in check and in some people who naturally can not keep them in check they proliferate. I think one of the big reasons people get teeth issues is like you say they drop their oral hygiene practices but as well just use water to brush. I think we should preach a more conservative oral hygiene program from the start I am sure we would have less teeth issues on the diet. I have talked to quite of few who were just doing the water thing and starting have issues they introduced something that kills the bacteria and started seeing big improvements.

Thanks Ted. My habit has always been to brush morning and night and I have a cavity every time I go to the dentist since on 811! I really need to step this up and brush after every meal as you say. Good reminder.
