Wow, so you barely trained for it?  That's pretty amazing and you did track, that's pretty amazing.   I had to work hard for mine. 395 for 5 reps was best which should be around a 460 deadlift.  I'm due for a 1RM soon I think see how far I progressed. 

I don't know the whole routine of what the West side guys do entirely.  I know they utilize chains, bans, cycling off heavy with lighter days, and such. Do you know what they do?

How many times do you each lift?  I hear so many different frequencies.  I'm trying out 1 time at the moment like some of the pros.  Funny I just heard some one doing bench press 8 times a week, lol.

Yep I did 315 for ten.  I did it a couple weeks before I made that video, just kind of blew my mind someone soooo HUGE couldn't barely lift anything.  What I found in an interview he was very undercarbed.  I'm making a part II of it for the skeptics and haters.  It's going to be a fun vid. :P

Thanks man!  Oh, I'll be doing this for a life time.  I'm aiming for 500 lbs by next Woodstock.  That's a great lift 470, how long did it take you to get there?   Keep me updated, I like hearing things like this.

it might be the angle of the camera but from here it seems that you need to work on your form a little ! but again .. maybe it's the angle of the camera :)
