Low mood is the reason I started looking around.   The link between low energy and low mood seems obvious to me now but it doesn't seem to be common sense.  How many people are popping a pill and torturing themselves mentally just because they are malnourished?  Really glad you found your way out.  Enjoy Spain.....  You should think about going to the Fruit festival if you aren't already...

nice, mate! I'm at a similar crossroads to where you were..take up the new lifestyle or continue feeling that way. I choose the life of fruit!
