This was really impactful! you really hit home with this one freelee (and durianrider i guess, ;) ). It's a little disheartening to hear having fallen off the 811 boat the past few months, but like you said, i get what i deserve for doing what i've done to my body. It's the easiest diet/lifestyle i've ever followed, but for some reason i succumb to my family and friends' criticisms. No more, though. This vid was exactly what i needed to hear/see to get the ball rolling again!

Thank you for posting! I love this video! Especially about the part where you mention that our bodies don't trust us... yet. I'm totally in that boat! AND damn DR, your legs are amazing! Thank you for helping me on my journey with this lifestyle and in fact, I'm going to re-read your ebook again! :)

firstly heartfelt thanks for your advises !

I've been 80% veg for the last 2 years and the 20% is mostly about dairy and very very rarely meat . its been 1 and half month now that im eating 80% fruits and fresh veg , and couple of days that found out about this website and saw your videos so trying to eat completely fresh . but in whole the way ive been counting my calories since need to keep slim cos of my career . Now question is that what will happen to my body by eating twice more of calories ? thats really freaks me out ! btw i exercise atleast 3 times a week .

What a wodnerful inspiration and lively ball of life you are. You really bring a smile to my face, make me laugh and excited for what this lifestyle will bring. First and foremost my health has and will continue to benefit. I've gained about 5-10lbs, but am learning to love every inch of my body authentically, because I know it won't be long that these extra curves won't be there any more. More than anything, I trust this lifestyle, and the control is out of my hands. I'm letting my body do the work it needs to.

Excellent video Freelee!  Such a good reminder that it takes time to lose the weight.  I lost 25 pounds in the first 3 months and was so excited.  But now I've been plateaued for about 5 months.  Frustrating?  Yes!  But I've learned alot and I know it takes time.  I like how you said our bodies don't trust us right away.  I've been on so many yo-yo diets in the past so I think my body is just waiting for me to give up and go back to eating all the crap again.  But I'm not giving up!  811 for life!  :)
