I like the message! I was ounce that thin, but I was really sick! please tell me you feel ok!  you seem to have alot of energy I just want reassurance you are being completely honest about not calorie restricting or over training please do not take this the wrong way, because I only know how and what I was doing to stay that thin and it was not healthy!

I'm still curious about some things though (I'm going to start running myself) - how do you guys "time" your meals when it comes to running? do you eat right before or have a longer break? how long? and what time of the day do you think would be the best for running; a) morning, before breakfast  b) afternoon  c) evening? also, do you find stretching necessary? I'd appreciate some clearing up on that, because being unsure makes running so much less appealing in my mind in fear of doing it wrong and screwing up just like plenty of times in running before. thanks for being an inspiration!

ROFL as well, I think that was an orb!  Freelee is so clean and high vibe that an orb flew into her mouth!

Great tips, I have over done it so many times when starting a new exercise, not realizing or just forgetting once again how important it is to go slowly increasing a bit more every time.

Don't you feel like running more then 5km bi-daily, especially when its sunny outside? 5km is probably pretty health compared to 21km :) It will keep you metabolism nicely jump started. BTW when did you start losing those last 4kg of fat from the belly?
