It helped me to get my family more into juicing and just getting more fruits and veggies in! because thats all you need to do! I just Wonder if he kept all the Weight off after he finished the fast. I don't knoW hoW many calories he ate to make it a feast or a fast. either Way it as very inspiring!

My boyfriend and I decided to watch something super random on netflix, and this was it! He fell asleep and I was captivated. :D
