Comment by Chris Califano on May 9, 2012 at 10:13pm Feet should be kept at least shoulder width apart, and knees should be kept over the toes, with shins as perpendicular as possible. After several workouts of Bethaks, once should progress to progressive resistance squats.

I challenged people to do 20 of these. Everyone was whining about how hard they looked or they didn't look safe. O_o lolz
