It's my 2 year anniversary of being 100% raw vegan and my 25th birthday!
I talk about how I lost 40 pounds, improved my vision, and cured my skin condition.
I also improved my fitness.
I eat more than ever, and you need to too if you are going to be healthy.
People who think fruit makes you fat are crazy. That is all!

Congrats on the 2 years! Did you  do anything special to get rid of your contact lenses? When did you start seeing eye improvements and when didn't you need them at all? I assume you still watch a TFT screen for more then 8 hours a day?
