The key to hooping is flow, and just becomeing one with the hoop, When I hula hoop, I'm not nessaserally hula hooping.. I'm Hoop dancing, I flow with the music, and sometimes Dance to the beat of my own drummer, When I'm hooping I'm in A different world, Its my own world, No worries, no Problems, Just music and flow. :)

awesome :)  I just had a lady ask me last night what the key to hula hooping was, she's been working at it for months but can't get it down.  I told her i had no idea...  Great song too by the way LOVE the Used :)
